1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gamivanti.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and premium members.

2. About Gamivanti

Gamivanti is an independent community and editorial review platform for PC and console gaming enthusiasts. The Platform allows members to submit game reviews, vote on community rankings, and participate in discussion boards. Gamivanti does not sell games, game keys, gaming hardware, or any other products. The Platform does not facilitate gambling or game key reselling.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a free account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Not create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or voting systems
• Not impersonate any person or entity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Content Submission Rules

When submitting reviews, discussion posts, or any other content to the Platform, you agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deliberately inaccurate
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any person
• Contains hate speech based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, promotional material, or unsolicited advertising
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activity
• Contains personally identifiable information of others without their consent
• Is submitted with the intent to manipulate community scores or rankings

Gamivanti reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts responsible for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Gamivanti a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, display, and distribute that content as part of the Platform's operation. You retain ownership of your content.

All editorial content, site design, logos, and original materials produced by Gamivanti are the intellectual property of Gamivanti and may not be reproduced without permission.

Game titles, screenshots, and related intellectual property referenced in reviews remain the property of their respective developers and publishers. References to these works on the Platform are made for the purpose of commentary and review.

6. Premium Membership

Premium membership is an optional paid upgrade that provides ad-free browsing and early access to editorial reviews. Premium membership fees are charged on a recurring basis as disclosed during the upgrade process. You may cancel your premium membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Advertising

The Platform displays third-party advertising to free members. Gamivanti is not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed through third-party advertising networks. Clicking on advertisements may take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gamivanti makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform, including community reviews and editorial reviews. Reviews represent the opinions of their authors and should not be treated as definitive assessments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gamivanti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any content published on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
